Hi everybody enjoying Forever, it is the greatest 8bit party ever! ... What? .... Isn't it?.... I really enjoy to see many people here again. Thanks for coming and keep enojoying it please! I'm Ikon from SinDiKat group and I'm here at this moment to present you something really cool. Something that wasn't promotetd here ... to my knowledge - never before. You know me guys I enjoy some exotics and obviously when I started to play with PMD85 platform some years ago, members of zeroteam started to call me last survining PMD85 fan. Which wasn't true at all - as you can imagine - because the last surviving PMD fan is and always be Roman Borik (RomBor) with great help of his ZX oriented brother Martin. (Big applause) As much as PMD was great and belowed computer during my visits in youth centres during socialist era there was always a computer I wanted to "meet" in real life. Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduce you one of the most advanced Czechoslovakian 8bit platform called SMEP PP01 that got undoubtedly forgotten over years. This computer was developed in Institute of computer research (VUVT) Žilina around year 1985 according to archived sources (vuvt.sk) and got distributed mainly to selected factories and institutions rather than than to youth centres as PMDs.
